Keep getting error “Your Volusion API settings are not configured properly.” even though the url is correct and both feeds have been enabled in the API.
We have roughly 2000 products. Is there a timeout issue?

I’m not sure if it’s a timeout issue. The plugin default is 5 minutes, so my initial reaction is that it wouldn’t be a timeout problem.
If you could send me your plugin settings, I can test on my end and debug.

Hi when I go to add an image and then click on the Volusion tab in the Add Media window. I am not able to click on Hide or Show on my products in Volusion. I don’t even get a finger pointer. Not working. Please help.

i changed browsers because I was using chrome. went to explorer and it shows finger pointing but won’t do anything. Please help really frustrated.
